“Ancient remembering. It’s in our bodies, it’s in our DNA… Millions of ceremonies and rituals danced by our ancestors are still here in our bodies waiting to come out and to be Danced.”
One morning I went to a local corner Coffee shop, while waiting for my coffee to be made - I was exploring different posters on the window and one particular caught my eye - “Don’t forget to REMEMBER”. Not knowing what it was about, I made my interpretation. As a practising meditator, I sometimes forget to be present, to be present with what is.
I see Dance not only as an Expression of Movement, I see Dance as Meditation. Can we stay in the body when the Mind wants to go wondering? Can we focus on the breath as an anchoring resource to be Here and Now?
We will explore those questions and more Every Tuesday Evening where I will guide you :
To find your body Fluidity
To release tension
To be present with yourself
To reconnect to your Heart
This is the space for you to come as you are, where you can trust that you are held.
In Love and Gratitude,
Ingrid

“Dancing is not just getting up painlessly, like a leaf blown on the wind; dancing is when you tear your heart out and rise out of your body to hang suspended between the worlds.”
