Navigating the internal landscapes can require a lot of courage and willingness to see and an art to integrate.

By sharpening our awareness and with the help of the outer world, we meet our Mirrors reflecting familiar and unspoken stories of our psyche - we are in a constant process of processing, integrating healing, and Becoming.

Our bodies are intelligent machines, carrying cellular lifetime information, information of our ancestors living inside our bodies in the present.

Movement is the key that unlocks the hidden scripts inside our bodies and opens a new space for expansion and ease.

New Moon Rhythms are taking flight this Coming Wednesday 16th August and we invite you to the Greystones Marina Park 7.30pm to Dance with us and with the New Moon energies shaking off all the midweek stresses, grounding back into the body, connecting to the other fellow dancers and learning something new about yourself.

After the dance you are invited to join us to a Barrel sauna to rejuvenate and calm your nervous system after the static experience on the Dance floor.
