New Moon Soma Dance

Join me in exploration of self-awareness and embodiment through the blend of somatic practice and dance @Fumbally, July 5th, 7 pm to 9 pm.

"It takes discipline to be a free spirit.”

— Gabrielle Roth

This evening, crafted for those seeking grounding, embodiment, and connection, aligns with the transformative energies of the New Moon.

We'll commence with a 40-minute Thomas Hanna Somatic practice, guiding you through this holistic approach that extends beyond exercises—it's a philosophy of movement and body awareness. Discover the freedom of the body by tuning into internal sensations and responses.

How Hanna Somatics Benefits the Nervous System:

  • Stress Reduction

  • Pain Relief

  • Flexibility and Mobility

  • Emotional Well-being

This gentle and slow practice prepares you for a seamless transition into a guided dance. Enveloped by colourful and eclectic rhythmic sounds, invite your body to find home in each beat and wave.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Blanket

  • Water bottle

My wish is that this evening becomes a nurturing space for release, expression, and self-discovery. Join me in this transformative experience.

I’ll meet you there!

Ingrid
